“Pros: Close to subway Cons: Loud music by neighbor’s garden next door from 8 am to 10 pm on weekends. Mice infested, ants, plumbing and heating issues, ceiling leaking water in the bathroom from upper floors, laundry not working, bathroom ceiling with open gaps due to water damage. Advice to landlord: N/A”
