“Unit 8D Pros: I really have very few complaints. The building staff are extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. I feel liek the building in general is pretty cleand and the laundry machines always work. I would reccomend a friend to live in this building Cons: There’s one apartment on my floor where the tenant smokes and is a hoarder, which makes the hallway smell. Unfortunately, they can’t evict her due to various renter law restrictions—that’s really my main complaint.”

“Pros: Location is great, door service is great, neighbors are quiet Cons: Have seen cockroaches 3 times in half a year, even after the monthly exterminator. There’s construction happening besides the building, many sirens from ambulances.”
