“Unit 4R Pros: Brownstone with a handful of apartments providing a community feeling. Extremely charming apartments. Excellent and very helpful landlord. Cons: There is a tree planted infront of the stoop that dogs would do their business.”

“Pros: Very responsive super and good upkeep of building. Cons: Construction next door early in the morning. Advice to landlord: Keep doing what you are doing.”
