“Pros: Large and bright 'classic Greenpoint apartments. Large kitchen. Hallway is always clean. no issues in apartment; responsive, professional and kind landlord who lives in the building but keeps to himself, pets OK, landlord OK with having subletters Cons: No issues with anything while living here (aside from having mice once) -- but Kingsland tends to be a bit noisy sometimes due to traffic Advice to landlord: Keep it up!”
