“Pros: It was conveniently located in Chinatown and close to the 6 subway line. Rent price was great. Landlord was responsive. Cons: There were some noise from close by bars. Cleanliness wasn’t of the highest standard. Stairwells were narrow for moving furniture.”

“Pros: Apartment was nice, didn’t have too many problems there. Location is super nice and the noise levels were low. Cons: The radiator in my room would blow steam. Also one neighbor had a crazy smell coming from their apartment during the summer months”

“Unit 3B Pros: Quiet building and not bothered by others Cons: Disgusting smells, lack of security, horrible water pressure and sewage, packages stolen, inconsistent internet, outdated appliances, overall smell that infiltrates your clothes and life, depressing and will severely impact your mental health Advice to landlord: Not once was responsive to our concerns and left the property in overall horrible condition. Completely dissatisfied with my experience and will be moving out sooner than expected.”

“Pros: Loved the quiet building, nice space, appliances, clean hallways and staircases. Nice and frequent trash management Cons: Low ceilings but nothing can be done about that. Fire alarms frequently going off.”
