“Pros: - safe - responsive management - good neighbors Cons: - thin walls - rent increases”

“Pros: Exceptionally nice community of neighbors, mostly young families (though many now leaving, as landlord has indicated he intends to sell the building within the year/evict all residents at that time) Cons: I've never seen so many mice. It's like Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds," but with rodents. Advice to landlord: The mixed messaging around intentions to sell the building has been very stressful for residents.”
