“Pros: It's a newly built luxury building. The amenities are good. The apartment itself is nice. Cons: But the neighbours, management and neighbourhood are so bad, it's not worth it. Trust me. The police are always here drugs, smoking, and break-ins. It's not a safe place. Weed is coming through the vents everywhere. The management lie constantly, are unresponsive and are absolutely terrible. Advice to landlord: Manage the place. Better waste control. Have security. Be responsive. Don't lie.”
