“Pros: Management are extremely quick to respond to any issues and maintenance was always taken seriously, with repairmen either sent out the same day or at least organized the same day as management were notified. The landlord was extremely fair when reviewing our application and remained fair and reasonable when we informed them of our need to move out early due to COVID. The building itself is extremely well maintained and the neighbors are all extremely friendly. Cons: Literally nothing, other than the fact that we have to leave due to personal (COVID-related) reasons. Advice to landlord: None at all other than to continue standing out as a rare instance of a landlord/owner treating their tenants with respect and humility!”
