STS PETER & PAUL RC C · avg 4.5 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Pros: - Great amenities that are always well-kept - People are friendly, with plenty of dogs in the building - Equi-distant from L and J subways - Great location, tons of bars/restuarants/cute coffee shops nearby Cons: - Apartments are small for the price you're paying - No pool”
— 321 WYTHE AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Amenities were nice. Wood floors. Views. Natural light. Cons: Thin walls. Entitled, loud tenants. No security meant that the building on weekends was a free for all with people coming off the street to the rooftop. Elevators always broken. Mail stolen.”
— 321 WYTHE AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Always clean and smells great Great amenities and atmosphere Perfect Manhattan views on the rooftop and free reservations Everything is brand new Natural light in the apartments Built in speakers everywhere Online reservations for lounges, conference room, bbq, screening room, treatment room Cons: Thin walls Central heating can be insufficient during winter and AC usage becomes a must Electricity bill is usually high Slow maintenance when elevator or other amenities are down Some people party too much and strangers get in”
— 321 WYTHE AVENUE · Brooklyn“Unit 701 Pros: Beautiful new building. Extremely clean. Staff is amazing. Great gym and sauna, and common areas generally. Cons: There are some amenities that are clearly just to attract tenants and don’t work very well or at all. The fire pits and outdoor movie theater were broken the entire year I lived there. They were recently fixed, but after far too long.”
“Pros: New, good management, clean, good amenities Cons: Elevator broken very often, small apts Advice to landlord: Fix the elevator”
— 321 WYTHE AVENUE · Brooklyn“Unit 1604 Pros: Gym amenities and cleanliness Cons: Far from subway huge rent increases and I DID not have a pandemic deal! 700 per month increase! My new apt is a 1000 sqft one bed in Chelsea next to the subway. Elevator are broken at least once a week. No doorman for 5k a month wtf Advice to landlord: Reevaluate the worth lol .65 miles from the subway”
— 321 WYTHE AVENUE · Brooklyn“Unit 1505 Pros: In general, the management is great here. If anything breaks, you are able to submit a request online and have it fixed pretty quickly, and I've never had an issue. The noise level is also generally low, but can be dependent on. neighbors Cons: The elevators tend to break down often, and if you are on a high floor, it can add some frustration. There was one time during my 2 years here that both elevators broke down, and were down for a day and a half. Advice to landlord: Keep up elevator maintenance, otherwise no complaints.”
— 321 WYTHE AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: On the low end of rent in the luxury building genre Not too big Great location Balconies in every unit Mgmt responsive when repair is in need Amenities are free Cons: No doorman Reservation system for common area is basically just "calling it" in the FB group and hoping it sticks. In the summer it tends to turn "fratty" Cheap build quality, poor insolation Packages go missing or opened, common areas often abused (cases of vomiting, dog leaving a mess, trash, noise) Advice to landlord: Double down on security, be more strict on abuse of common areas”
— 321 WYTHE AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Usually clean. Building caretaker and another 3rd party janitoress works 6 days a week Cons: NO HUMAN DOORMAN LEADING TO LOTS OF LOITERING AND PACKAGE THEFT. Heavy entrance doors to each of the apartments and uncarpeted hallways leading to lots of unintended door slams that shake each of the floors a bit. Same goes for the balcony doors. Many young, entitled finance bros and social media “influencer” wannabes here so be ready for lots of big parties on the rooftop and other common areas like the huge, beautiful terrace and the game room. Use the unofficial facebook group at your own risk. A bit of toxicity in there due to manipulative tenants politicizing their right to party and be at risk to others during the pandemic. Oh and each unit has an archaic full size water heater so be prepared for your electricity bill to be about $60-150 more if your current apartment building has a boiler room or a on demand heat pump water heater Advice to landlord: Reorganize your staff so that they can possibly work as the concierge when constant cleaning isn’t required. Disenfranchise large parties in the common areas immediately. Those areas aren’t for clubbing. Join the facebook group and work better to improve the facilities. Management is passive and when approached, condescending and prone to excuse-making.”
— 321 WYTHE AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Very responsive management! Solomon was always reachable and addressed issues right away. Cons: Issues with leaks in the bathroom Advice to landlord: Keep being responsive to tenants! Thanks!”
— 321 WYTHE AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: The expansive views of Manhattan, the rooftop and the amenities in general Cons: Laid back approach from management has let the building become a constant party venue Advice to landlord: Put a 24 hour doorman and control who gets in and out of the building”
