“Unit 6c Pros: Michael the building super was amazing. was always willing to help when available and did a good job of making sure garbage and recycling were taken care of. overall the tenants are all nice and respectful. hallways clean but could be brighter. Cons: Elevator was terrible for years but was replaced. is still tiny. while the super is great, the property management company isn't the most responsive or helpful”

“Pros: Building is very nice and well kept Cons: Sometimes it’s takes a couple of calls to that management to respond to you”
