“Unit No Pros: Good location, thick walls. Cons: Super has ridiculously loud parties using the buildings basement on the weekends. It’s very loud and it WILL keep you up. Super can store his motorcycle in the buildings yard but no one else can. Advice to landlord: Stop the super from having ridiculous parties all the time at all hours of the night.”
