“Pros: Good location, fairly quiet for the area, and building is generally fine. Nothing fancy but it does the job. Cons: A bit older and could use minor upkeep in some areas, but nothing major. Advice to landlord: Keeping up with small maintenance updates would make a good difference.”

“Unit 1 Pros: Responsive management, spacious, dishwasher and washer dryer in unit Cons: Occasional cockroaches, winters can be chilly because windows are super well sealed, package theft happens once in a while Advice to landlord: Improve heating”

“Unit 3 Pros: Beautiful building in a great location Cons: The heat was broken with no effort to fix it the past two winters until my neighbor’s pipe burst. There were mice and cockroaches in the building and the windows didn’t close all the way. Advice to landlord: Care about your renters”
