“Pros: Clean Elevator Security No bugs Good landlord Cons: Train noise Terrible new super Neighbors hang out on the fire escape Smells like weed all the time Main entry door often unlocked or open Advice to landlord: Be more choosy with people you let in! Tell the super to be more helpful, he pretends not to understand people. Fix electrical issue Fix water pressure issue Improve security!!!”
