— 404 STATE STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: Great neighborhood. Management renovated parts of common areas as the neighborhood got more popular and new construction provided competition. Cons: Awful owners and management who do not care about the tenants at all. Repairs take a very long time, repair staff is incompetent, management routinely yells at and gaslights the tenants. The super in the building has been MIA for a few years. Heating is inconsistent, packages get stolen and management refuses to take action. Lots of tenants move out within a year or two.”
