“Pros: Nice area, laundry in building. Cons: Walk-up. LL lets issues they observe get out of hand then scams you out of money to fix them. Heaters always broken. Advice to landlord: Fix problems when you actually see them instead of letting them get out of hand and blaming your tenants.”
