“Pros: Cleanliness of entry and stairwell Cons: Laundry can be inconsistent”

“Pros: Lived in this building for 4 years. Very much liked it. Management is responsive about almost everything (pest control, AC/Heat issues, plumbing) Great roof space Neighbors are a normal amount of noisy. Pretty quiet block. Cons: Management never replaced a broken dryer in the basement. So went without in-building laundry for last year living there”

“Unit 4A Pros: Nice building and nice view of the city. Cons: Its a walk up building, the washer in the building is not enough, there is only one for the building and everything is broke in the rooftop”

“Pros: Rooftop, garbage management Cons: Poor construction, no maintenance of pests (cockroaches), building is falling apart, building built poorly with cheap materials, electrical issues, poor air quality (lot of dust) Advice to landlord: Pest control maintenance, issues with moisture, building needs updated appliances”
