“Pros: I lived in this building for 20 years and I miss it and it’s amazing staff. The building management is exceptionally responsive and the building Manager/Super lives in the building. To give an example, I had a serious leak under my sink in the kitchen one year and even though my apt was rent-stabilized, they spared no expense in basically ripping out my whole kitchen, fixing the issue, and replacing with even nicer fixtures. Another time they even fully replaced my toilet and the pipes underneath for a different leak issue on a weekend rather than making everybody wait until Monday. Cons: The laundry room can get a bit crowded. I would’ve liked to see more machines.”

“Unit 6C Pros: - Incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful building staff & super (we love you Rafael!) - Well maintained and regularly cleaned building - Very thick walls; noise does not travel - Reasonable rent prices for the UWS - All utilities included in the rent! Including gas & electric Cons: Honestly nothing. This building is a rare gem in this city. Advice to landlord: Keep the building staff guys around as long as you can! They make this place into a community and a place people want to stay long-term.”
