“Unit 1B Pros: - Backfacing units were shockingly quiet on such a busy street - Backfacing units are up against no buildings so amazing natural light and big windows, fire escape is really pleasant in the summer - Tall ceilings - Great subway access - Great takeout food access Cons: - Issues with pests - Insanely loud heat pipe (even for heat pipes) - Always a scene right outside, like even to take your trash out you'd usually need to pass by a few people on the stoop and then cut through the line to the bar downstairs before discarding the trash right next to the bar's door. Advice to landlord: fix the heat pipe somehow”
