“Pros: I liked that my rent price never went up and I had a pretty spacious cute place for the price! Cons: The landlord can be slower to respond but if you bother him enough he’ll get whatever you need, done. The area could get loud and there’s a park directly in front that crowds up with a lot of people. Also the walls in general are thin and you can hear a lot.”
