“Pros: Good location, good heat, good light on the south side. Cons: Landlord is absent and poor at communicating, raised rent over the legal 5% amount without enough notice, claiming this law does not apply to the building (it does). Advice to landlord: Adhere to 5% rent increase laws and establish an official line of maintenance communication rather than have your tenants bother your hardware store employees”

“Pros: Good outside space. Cheap rent. Good neighborhood. Cons: There was construction going on next door in the building next to this place but it’s done now. Advice to landlord: Great Place! Would recommend lowering the heat a bit cause it gets super hot.”
