“Unit 3 Pros: It's a small and clean building that's very well kept. Cons: They take a while to respond to issues with the apartment but if its urgent they usually respond asap. Our hot water stopped working and they came within the hour to fix it. Advice to landlord: Arrange roof access if possible.”
