“Pros: Beautiful apartment and spacious for three roommates. Very bright light and well maintained. Cons: The day we moved in, the landlord said “Welcome to my house.” At the time, the landlord lived in the building and would invite herself in after a word or two at the door. She would make accusations regarding our water usage or relatives who came to visit. Advice to landlord: Respect tenant’s privacy and space.”
