“Pros: Zero redeeming qualities Cons: Moldy, completely dilapidated, mouse infested, no heat through the winter so it was 20 degrees Fahrenheit inside, flooding inside from burst pipes, no water after pipes burst for months on end. Advice to landlord: Never own another property and beg for mercy on your soul for leaving people to freeze to death in this building.”

“Pros: It's quiet, it's a nice neighborhood, the building could be really nice if they tried. Cons: No heat installed, landlord does not respond to any inquiry whatsoever. Do not rent. Advice to landlord: Sell the property. Never rent to anyone ever again. You are not fit for it.”
