“Pros: Doorman is there most of the time, rent is not too bad, love the roof Cons: Management switches a lot and are hard to get in touch with, rooms get hot in shoulder seasons when they haven't switched the AC on, Advice to landlord: Better communication with residents”

“Unit 7B Pros: Great location and outdoor spaces are nice Cons: Elevator breakers constantly and sometimes feels unsafe. Front door often breaks and heating also unreliable. One of two dryers has been broken for over a year. Advice to landlord: Fix stuff when it breaks! We’re paying for it”
