“Pros: stonehenge management is great and very responsive, anything that needed to be fixed in the apartment was done usually the same day. the doormen were all so nice and the super/maintenance kept the building very clean. never had any pests, and nice lounge and gym. Cons: really nothing major, but the elevators were a little slow in the morning sometimes, and we were not allowed to bring guests into the lounge which was a little inconvenient. Advice to landlord: none, living here was great!”

“Pros: Quiet, clean, large spaces and nice amenities! Cons: Sometimes the heat can get too much but the ac fixes it!”

“Pros: Great location very nice doormen Cons: My electric bill is ridiculously high. I am currently trying to work with ConEd to figure out why and my best guess is that the built in heat/AC units are ancient and inefficient. I can’t figure out why a tiny apartment would have a 200+ electric bill. Also no amenities. The gym is small and windowless and they charge to use it.”
