“Unit 6AS Pros: Laundry in building that’s never really full. Lobby, elevator, and floors are always kept clean. Super is pretty responsive and helpful. Safe and accessible area. Cons: Doorman is only there 5-11pm but even then I come home and no one is there. I’ve had a package stolen and super / doorman were unhelpful about looking at security footage.”
