“Unit 2 Pros: nice street, close to subway and park, pretty good natural light Cons: occasional roach in summer months, could be a bit cleaner with brighter lighting”

“Pros: The old time tenants are very friendly. Cons: Cleanliness. The floors don’t get mopped frequently. Pacakages get stolen frequently, new tenants are very cold and unfriendly. Advice to landlord: Owner should check-in on cleanliness of the building more frequently”
