“Pros: Generally kept clean. Nice neighborhood. Front desk and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. Cons: Rent increases are significant and the apartments that are not stabilized are overpriced. Neighbors can be inconsiderate with smoking in the building. Management will "investigate"”
