“Pros: Good location - close to Astor place and union square Cons: DIRTY and GROSS. Had an ongoing cockroach problem, also had mice and silver fish. Overall state of the apartment was not well kept and very rubbed down & dirty Advice to landlord: Kitchen needs to be redone and fix the pest problem”
