“Pros: when you have lived there more than 10 years rent is not so high kinda fair compared to todays market Cons: up keep of the building the worse floors unlevel, always mice, water always cold, heat goes up n down just nasty all around didnt leave do to rent still low Advice to landlord: need to upgrade building”
