“Pros: Common areas were clean and neighbors were friendly. Location can’t be beat. Cons: Apartment was cramped and tiny. Insane rodent issue. Super was non responsive. There was a buzzing noise at night so if you are a light sleeper I would advise against.”

“Unit 23 Pros: Responsive landlord. Clean hallways. They do not raise the rent much every year. There’s a virtual door man. Safe building. Cons: Super is very unresponsive. There are mice. There is noise. No light gets into the building.”

“Unit N/A Pros: Clean, well-managed and one of the best locations in the city Cons: It's a bit old, so I dealt with the occasional pest. Also just part of city living in NYC”
