“Pros: Loved living here. Maintenance team is amazing, so responsive and friendly. Cons: Only complaint is an occasional roach, mostly in the basement or stairwell areas. Saw a total of <5 in my year of living here.”
— 303 ELIZABETH STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Location location location Very spacious apartment Cons: Amenities are lacking for the price Packages get locked away for security but only available for pickup between 7:30-9pm weekdays People let their dogs pee in the courtyard and never get reprimanded . Advice to landlord: Clean up the rooftop and turn into communal space, more hours for the package room”
— 303 ELIZABETH STREET · Manhattan“Pros: - Maintenance was prompt, app system to submit requests works well - No issues with heat, AC, water, kitchen appliances etc. everything worked as it should - Had an overwhelmingly positive experience living here, good value Cons: - It's an older building so it does look dated/a little dirtier, but that is factored into the price. I felt rent increases were reasonable - Minor roach problems but our unit was by the trash room and this was quickly resolved”
— 303 ELIZABETH STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Amazing location close to LES, Nolita, SoHo, and East Village Well maintained Cons: Noisy if your unit looks out on Houston”
— 303 ELIZABETH STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Supers are very fast and get job done, and very friendly. Cons: Living on the Houston side, noise is noticeable even at 10th floor Advice to landlord: All around fine job, could update gym”
— 303 ELIZABETH STREET · Manhattan“Unit 8S Pros: + Building Staff is great + Building is clean + Responds to requests in a timely manner + Location is perfect + Online rent payment + Big Windows + AC Works well + Good sized closets Cons: + Outdated floors, cabinets, carpet, popcorn ceiling + Issues with sink faucet and ice makers + When one of the elevators is out it takes forever to get upstairs while you wait for another one + Gym is dark; a tenant took some of the weights during Covid and building never replaced them two years later + Call box is not straightforward- delivery people always have a hard time getting upstairs + Short windows to pickup packages + Roof unfurnished Advice to landlord: I didn't want to move, but only did due to the huge increase in price. To increase rent by crazy amounts and have no improvements to justify it seems strange to me”
— 303 ELIZABETH STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Great location; building staff is very kind and responsive. Cons: The move-out process has been frustrating at best. They first tried to threaten us to pay fees in cash, and now they've failed to return our security deposit over a month after moving out. Advice to landlord: Return security deposits”
— 303 ELIZABETH STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Safe and clean Cons: Repair work not being done quickly when needed”
— 303 ELIZABETH STREET · Manhattan“Pros: The team is super responsive, friendly, and does a great job upkeeping the building. The apartments are big for NoHo. Common areas, lobby, elevator, hallways are updated. Cons: Rooftop is accessible (and has great views) but isn’t furnished”
— 303 ELIZABETH STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Great location and friendly building staff Cons: AC units are pretty old”
