“Pros: Beautiful units, super casual and easygoing staff, love the outdoor access Cons: Landlord scammed us on our full security depost when we left and also our front door didn’t lock for 4 months, had multiple break ins, and he didn’t do anything about it until we threatened legal action. Advice to landlord: Great building, be careful with landlord”
