“Pros: - gym - neighborhood - friendly staff - quiet - great apartments Cons: - Honestly, it can get too sunny in our place (which is ridiculous to complain about) - They have an indoor basketball court but its flooded half the year”
— 204 WYTHE AVENUE · Brooklyn“Unit 6D-E Pros: Nothing, no positives to this pile of garbage run by grubby hedge funds and private equity. Cons: No heat. No Gas. No electricity. Huge open construction. In apartments Had to replace every gas pipe in building for 8 months! We left before they finished. Even then it still took another 13 months to finish fixing all the gas pipes. Do not ever rent here. Owners lied about the danger associated with the pipes that they were told for three years by National Grid to replace them. They were told when they built the building more than a decade ago that the pipes for faulty and they built it anyway. All the tenants received bills from National Grid and ConEd because management wasn't paying any utilities. NYFD and EMS would regular come to the building every other month to deal with the crack heads on the third floor who would constantly OD. Not safe for families. Not safe for anyone. Advice to landlord: Condemn the building it is run by criminals.”
