“Pros: Antonio is a responsive landlord and does care about his properties. I've lived in both apartment 2 and 3 and they're both fantastic spaces. SO much sunlight in #2's living room. Cons: It's an NYC apartment built in 1925 and lives above one restaurant and one bar. There are some roaches, though things got MUCH better when Kal renovated during lockdown. Advice to landlord: The motion-sensor based light in the entryway isn't the best and should be replaced.”
