“Pros: Clean and reliable. Small but easy, trash management is amazing. Basement with amenities is kept pretty nice and clean. Cons: Roof could use some work but overall been great. If you are on the Hart st side the neighbors can play music late at night, but overall the noise control in this building is great. Advice to landlord: Invest more in the roof!”

“Pros: It's a nice building, with great inclusions and a great management and cleaning crew. Cons: Washing machines constantly breaking down. Advice to landlord: It'd be nice to reply to emails more timely”

“Unit 3B Pros: Newer building, small gym, laundry in basement, bike storage and parking Cons: Elevator was constantly broken and people were always getting stuck in it. FDNY was called many times, management did nothing. We had a crazy ceiling leak that the management didn’t even respond to our maintenance request for weeks”

“Pros: - Access to nice rooftop with chairs/ tables - Small gym in basement - Shared laundry in basement - Allows pets Cons: - Elevator breaks down at least once a week in the summer - Thin walls so can hear neighbors”
