New super is very responsive and helpful with any issues. Street noise is very quiet with great places on nearby streets. Neighbors are nice and respectful Cons: Lots of issues pop up for the super to deal with. Heating / AC are not great so summers are too hot and winters too cold with insane energy bills. Advice to landlord: Keep a larger pool of doorman so they don't burn out”
