“Pros: The neighborhood is one of the best. The building is really close to the Graham ave L stop. The building manager is really helpful and responsive. The apartments are well maintained. The rooftop is incredible too. Cons: The only drawback is that the apartments are really just one bedroom apartments. The second bedroom has no windows so it’s not really ideal for a roommate/apartment sharing situation.”
