Management can be difficult to get ahold of. Advice to landlord: Tell tenants there is a bug problem before the sign the lease.”

Cons: Impossible to get in touch with landlords for significant repairs. Bathroom ceiling had a leak for nearly our entire lease. Landlords would finally respond and send someone to fix after a few weeks of emailing them, but would simply patch over it rather than addressing issue.”
