“Unit 3R Pros: - Very proactive and responsive building management - Close to transit - Great value - Building cleaned once a week and pest control comes often to ensure no bugs Cons: - Next to women's homeless shelter. I never felt unsafe though but sometimes you hear some noise coming from them.”

“Pros: Very fast responses and the management cares. Cons: Next to some shelter and you hear a lot of screaming and yelling in the middle of the night if you're apartment is facing away from the street Advice to landlord: You guys are doing the best you can. Thanks so much!”

“Pros: Cleaner and pest control come about once every 3 weeks. No bugs. Constant maintenance on the building. Great landlord management. Cons: No washer/dryer. Building is old. If your apt is in the rear, the homeless shelter and ventilator next door might get loud. Advice to landlord: You are doing everything that you can to make tenants happy. Thank you so much!”
