“Pros: Building management is attentive and the doormen are super nice. Cons: Water pressure could be better and the intercom system hasn’t worked in the 2 years I’ve lived here.”

“Pros: Was overall fine, the building was well insulated so the energy consumption was super low Cons: Industrial gas stove/oven and no vent for it nor would the windows open more than a crack, so cooking would often become a pain. Rooftop closes at 10, which sucks”
