“Unit 4a Pros: The super is fabulous, very responsive to any issues His wife also lovely. Cons: The hallways could be cleaner and the front entrance cleaned. Advice to landlord: Give Mike a raise !”

“Pros: Good people, fair owner. Super is responsible and responds to maintenance issues. Cons: It is a pre-war building and therefore has pre-war plumbing which can sometimes act up. But issues are resolved in a timely manner. Advice to landlord: I wish the glass on the front doors could be fixed.”
