“Pros: Close enough to the train and Myrtle Ave. Cons: Roaches day 1, poor waste management, lost hot water multiple times, foreclosure. Advice to landlord: Get it together”

“Pros: Apartments newly renovated and in-unit laundry Cons: Absolutely the worst and absolutely evil! Heat and hot water has been cut off 20 times during the 20 months I have lived in the building, even during blizzards. It was 12 degrees outside and we didnt have heat or hot water for 2 days. They did that to kick out low-Income tenants. They don’t care how many times you call 311 and they always give the same answer when you call and email. At the end, they just don’t answer your calls anymore and send you to another management. Run if you are thinking about signing a lease with them! Advice to landlord: Follow the laws!”
