“Pros: I loved the sense of ownership in the building. Lots of long-term tenants, the super grew up in the building and really took care of it. Pet friendly, neighbors looked out for each other without being in your business. Cons: No dishwashers, no two bedroom apartments. Evil dog lives on the first floor. Some issues with mice and roaches.”

“Unit 1J Pros: Super is very responsive and nice Cons: Have seen a few cockroaches in my first-floor apartment over 1 year of living here”
