“Unit 4D Pros: Laundromat on site, respectful older crowd, most units are rent stabilized or rent controlled. Cons: Ridiculous amount of package theft, low water pressure, little to no maintenance without pressuring the super and landlord. Advice to landlord: Heat on cold days is essential it is unfair to have to purchase an electric heater all winter.”
