“Pros: Absolutely Nothing #Period Cons: Ghetto tenants & kids/ drug selling out of apartments/ drug addicts/ roaches & rats/ tenants grilling on balcony/ feces, urine, spit and vomit EVERYWHERE/ black outs throughout the summer/no gas for 8 months/ tenants blowing up pool for kids on a PUBLIC BALCONY/ MASSIVE AMOUNT OF VICIOUS PIT-BULLS ON BALCONY WITH NO LEASH/ Dog feces left on balcony/ mailbox broken into/ elevator constantly out of service/ hallways always dirty/ extreme smoke chyper (more smoke than a fog machine) furniture, frozen turkeys,shitty diapers, used pads, eggs, cans of beans, city bike ALL THROWN OFF BALCONY/ portable speakers on the balcony so loud that Africa can hear the tunes/ addicts getting but naked SCREAMING the APES/ Heat during 80 degree weather & walk in freezer during winter temperatures/ Advice to landlord: Get off those pancakes and do your job on the field!!!”
