“Pros: Super is very responsive and kind. Cons: Building is just old. Dealing with mice year round. Sometimes there’s no hot water. Construction in the surrounding area is loud and pervasive. During the summer, the block is exceptionally loud, sometimes till 3am. Management is slow to offer flexible and adequate solutions to problems.”
