“Pros: Tall ceilings in units, available rooftop cabanas for rent, nice kitchen appliances Cons: New tenants are loud and have no respect for neighbors by blaring loud music at all hours. Management has changed a few times since we moved in and they haven’t always been responsive to maintenance issues”
