“Pros: Clean, good maintenance, good landscaping, mixed cultures. Cons: Poor heat, loud music & neighbors on summer weekends, dog poop, mixed cultures. Some buildings bricks have not been cleaned, looks BAD Advice to landlord: Enforce no radio rules in quad locations. Enforce no loud music from windows & terraces.”
