“Pros: There’s Nothing to like about this house Cons: There’s no key at the main door. The house is infested with rats and coaches. The landlord doesn’t turn on the heater during winter time. The super is a thief. He steals parcels. Barley turns on the hot water. Advice to landlord: STOP BEING CHEAP.”
